Full Job Description

The ideal candidate is looking to gain experience working on consulting-style engagements for firms and organizations in a wide range of industries, including but not limited to technology, health care, finance, public affairs and entertainment, helping them to understand their most important reputational challenges. Senior Associates will quickly learn to manage projects on their own, including interacting with and advising clients directly.,

  • Contributing to the full research lifecycle, from proposal writing and study design through to analysis, reporting and client presentations
  • Drafting first drafts of clear, well-structured memos, reports and decks that translate research findings into actionable insight for senior audiences
  • Working across qualitative and quantitative methodologies, such as proprietary polling, in-depth interviews, focus groups and other research methodologies
  • Supporting and eventually leading client relationships, communicating findings and recommendations with confidence
  • Collaborating with colleagues across our global offices on shared projects and business development
  • Mentoring more junior colleagues as you grow into the role

    Candidates should already have experience in a market research, comms or public affairs agency, and must be both comfortable with analyzing and interpreting numbers and persuasive, elegant writers. Senior Associates will assist with the development, implementation and analysis of a wide range of quantitative and qualitative methodologies to develop communications strategies for managing reputations and responding to crises. An understanding of strategic communications, how messages reach audiences and shape decisions, is a strong advantage., Strong writing and communication skills - you can make complex ideas clear and compelling for audiences who may not share your expertise
  • Comfort with both qualitative and quantitative research, you do not need to be a specialist in either, but you should be confident working across methods
  • An understanding of how organizations communicate strategically, whether from working in communications, consulting, government, public affairs, journalism or a research-facing role
  • Experience or genuine interest in how research connects to real-world decisions, whether that is corporate strategy, public policy, reputation management or something else entirely
  • The ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping the ball, Bachelor's degree
  • Strong academic record
  • At least 1.5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to integrate them into day-to-day work, Cover letter (describing your experience with research and how you think about translating findings into clear, strategic recommendations for a senior audience.
