Senior Assistant Psychologist

An exciting opportunity for a permanent post has arisen within NHFT to deliver integrated healthcare within HMP Littlehey as part of the Mental Health In-Reach Team. The successful candidate will have prior experience working as an Assistant Psychologist., The post holder will be working as a member of the mental health team to provide psychological interventions for a wide range of mental health challenges, including the delivery of psychoeducational groups and one to one work, as well as working with neurodiverse residents. The ability to employ CBT for common mental health challenges is essential but the post holder will also make use of other psychological approaches as necessary to ensure that the most suitable person-centred care is provided.
