Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Assistant Headteacher to join our dedicated Leadership Team in September 2026. The successful candidate will play a key role in the overall leadership of the school with the post being equally suited to those seeking their first Leadership post and to serving Senior Leaders seeking a new challenge. In particular, we are hoping to appoint someone with experience, ambition and drive around Raising Achievement and Curriculum, providing strategic leadership and direction to students, staff, parents, governors, and the wider community. The post will include wide-ranging responsibility and accountability, leading and developing other staff, monitoring and evaluation work, as well as working closely with Governors. The successful candidate will have:

- A passion for providing the best possible holistic education for all pupils.
- A strategic vision for developing an outstanding Catholic School.
- The ability to design and lead our Curriculum.
