Senior Asset Data Analyst

reconcile data across ServiceNow, SAP, warehouse systems, partner platforms and customer CMDBs Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, exceptions and lifecycle issues Maintain accurate asset records, including ownership, location, status and financial information Validate key asset attributes such as serial numbers across lifecycle touchpoints Support billing, forecasting and financial reconciliation activities Ensure end-to-end asset lifecycle data integrity from onboarding to end-of-life Support compliance, audit and reporting requirements Provide day-to-day support for asset and data queries Build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional stakeholders Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement What you'll need Experience working with asset, configuration or service data in an enterprise or managed services environment Strong data analysis, reconciliation and root-cause analysis skills Hands-on ServiceNow experience, ideally CMDB or Asset

Management Exposure to SAP or similar ERP platforms Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence presenting insights in PowerPoint Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused approach Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively in a global, collaborative environment Strong organisation and time management skills Interest in AI, automation and continuous improvement Excellent written and spoken English (minimum CEFR B2) Flexibility and willingness to travel globally If you're passionate about data quality and want to make a visible impact on customer outcomes and service delivery, we'd love to hear from you.
