Full Job Description
As part of Reckitt's Global Sales Strategy Team, the Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the Senior Manager and Director in producing analysis critical to identify and solve country-specific sales and commercial challenges. The ideal candidate would need to possess a high level of maturity as many interactions will be with senior stakeholders across Reckitt. This is a good opportunity to join a FTSE 100 FMCG company, be exposed to cross-functional teams and have a meaningful impact on the strategy and special projects of the company. The expectation is that after 2-3 years in the strategy team, the Senior Analyst would have the options to progress within the team or move into a local market execution role (e.g., brand manager, account manager, insights manager etc.)., As a Senior Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Identifying strategic business insights, gaps and opportunities from internal (e.g., sales, trade investment, marketing investments, etc.) and external (e.g., Nielsen, IQVIA, Ipsos, etc.) data using relevant analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI etc.)
- Producing commercial and organisational recommendations based on analysis and ROI models, utilising the company's defined methodologies, with guidance from the Senior Manager
- Working with local teams across different functions (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain etc.) to understand data inconsistencies and create appropriate means to interpret relevant data and derive insights
- Assisting local teams to translate growth opportunities identified from quantitative analysis into action-based implementation plans
