Full Job Description
The Technology and Capability Project Management team manages the project portfolio across the whole of the Technology & Capability Delivery (TCD) team. This role will involve a collection of customer funded and collaborative projects for a range of internal and external stakeholders with the aim of developing Market leading products or manufacturing capabilities Core duties:
- Lead the delivery of complex R&D projects, driving progress against integrated schedules and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Inspire and coordinate cross-functional teams to translate innovative ideas into real outcomes that create measurable impact for the business.
- Oversee project finances, ensuring resources are effectively managed and investments deliver maximum value.
- Act as the key customer interface, securing the budgets and commitments needed to achieve successful project delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the supply chain, ensuring partner deliverables enable the advancement of critical research projects.
- Apply robust governance and control, operating in line with LCM processes and the Technology Capability Delivery project management framework.
Understanding of industry practices in the application of PM including Knowledge in the theory and application of Project Control, Risk management, Resource Management processes and tools - Proven ability to influence and lead teams, building collaboration across functions to achieve meaningful outcomes for the business.
