What You'll Be DoingDesign and develop enterprise Knowledge Graph solutions using Neo4jBuild GraphRAG and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for LLM-powered applicationsModel complex business, client, market, and operational data using graph technologiesIntegrate Neo4j with Generative AI platforms, vector databases, and large language modelsDevelop graph analytics, entity resolution, relationship mapping, and semantic search capabilitiesCollaborate with AI, Data Engineering, and Enterprise Architecture teams on strategic AI initiativesHelp define best practices, standards, and technical direction for graph-based AI solutions
What We're Looking ForStrong commercial experience with Neo4j and graph database technologiesExperience designing and implementing Knowledge Graph solutions at scaleUnderstanding of GraphRAG, RAG architectures, semantic search, or LLM-powered systemsStrong Python development skillsExperience working with cloud platforms and modern data architecturesKnowledge of machine learning, NLP, Generative AI, or AI engineering practicesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills
