We are hiring Agile Business Analyst/Product Owner (Banking/Financial Services/Risk & Data/Change)
Location: Hybrid 2-3 Days in Sheffield office
- Proven experience delivering requirements and driving change within large-scale, complex transformation or technology programmes.
- End-to-end requirement management (BRDs, functional specs, user stories, process mapping), target operating model support, gap analysis, and managing UAT defect/sign-off activities.
- Strong workshop facilitation, elicitative stakeholder management across all organizational levels, root-cause analysis, and end-to-end requirements traceability.
- Practical experience operating in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery frameworks.
- Hands-on familiarity with workflow, documentation, and process mapping platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and MS Visio.
- Financial services exposure (Banking, Capital Markets, or Insurance) with a focus on regulatory, operational, risk, or data change initiatives and certification in BCS Business Analysis, CBAP, or Agile BA accreditation preferred.
