Full Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Account Manager within our new Agency Account Management team to deepen our relationships with key agency partners. This role requires strategic as well as consultative digital expertise to optimise value and impact for advertisers through their agencies'. You will leverage Amazon's proprietary data to provide tailored strategies spanning Amazon's suite of products to meet your customer's business goals. This role drives customer success through close partnership and innovations with agency development, ad tech, sales, creative and operations teams.,
- Use knowledge of Amazon Ads full-funnel ad products and solutions to craft tailored proposals for customers.
- Hit or exceed revenue targets for assigned agency.
- Achieve assigned non-revenue business objectives and goals.
- Own all facets of the account management role for assigned agency, and develop strategic relationships with key points of contact.
- Use first-party and third-party insights to build recommendations to agencies that result in revenue outcomes or increased customer satisfaction in Amazon Ads products.
- Advocate for customers internally, and utilize internal resources, to drive customer success.
- Educate agencies on performance metrics, category trends/approaches, and consumer insights using existing and/or customized insights to drive incremental business.
As a Senior Account Manager you are passionate about identifying solutions to complex business problems. You possess proven analytical skills and are able to develop data led recommendations. You work to maximize performance and drive campaign renewal and incremental revenue opportunities. This is a client-facing role that will require you to have proven presentation and sales skills in order to challenge and teach new perspectives to our advertisers while driving incremental revenue., Experience in digital advertising, product marketing, consulting, business development, or other customer-facing role - Experience reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals - Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation - Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company, or experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines - Experience with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Experience developing customer relationships and influencing key decision-makers - Experience solving complex problems quantitatively and develop actionable data-driven business recommendations - Significant experience in media sales, agency or ad tech salesPreferred Qualifications - Experience in business development working with media agencies - Experience in digital media including display/search advertising, campaign optimization, analytics platforms, client management and business development
