Senior Administrator - Safeguarding & Child imms

The position is for 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm.

You would be part of an excellent team and be responsible for delivery of high quality, clinically effective services and to meet or exceed performance and quality standards and the requirements of clinical and information governance.

You are admin lead to centralise the recording and monitoring of all Child and Adult safeguarding within the practice. To ensure all patients aged 5 years and under are invited for their immunisation and that their childhood immunisation programmed is up to date. Oversee significant events and ensure procedures are followed.

You would be required to assist in other administration areas as needed. You are required to take minutes for our team meetings on all levels., The following are the core responsibilities of the senior administrator. There may be on occasion, a requirement to carry out other tasks; this will be dependent upon factors such as workload and staffing levels

The ideal candidate has experience in managing Child and Adult Safeguarding, Childhood immunisations, significant events co-ordination and HR administrative tasks.

This positions offers a wide range of duties and we are looking for a 'can-do' attitude team member.
