Full Job Description
The Senior Administration Officer is a key member of the school's administrative team and is often the sole member of staff based within the school office. The postholder will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day to day running of the school office, providing a professional and welcoming front of house service, and delivering high quality administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), staff, parents, governors, and external agencies.,
- Contributing to the planning, development and organisation of administration systems, procedures and policies that facilitate the smooth operation of the school.
- Analysing and evaluating data and information to produce relevant reports including HR and finance.
- Achieving value for money
- Undertake the administration of human resources matters including contracts of employment
The successful candidate will be proactive, highly organised, able to work independently, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. - Have excellent time management skills, be able to multi task and solve problems using your own initiative. Qualifications in English or Maths essential and an NVQ3, degree or equivalent are desirable.
