Full Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Administrator to join the Pre assessment Team within the Theatres, Anaesthetics and Critical care care group at Castle Hill Hospital. The Senior Administrator will be responsible for the administrative processes associated to patient pathways for pre-assessment and anaesthetics, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for both the multidisciplinary team and patients. Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore HUTH would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role., Our Senior Administrator will play a vital role via the administrative management of the patients pre assessment pathway and supporting the wider team. The role is varied and challenging and your day to day duties may include:
- Clinic letter transcription
- Handling queries from the pre assessment / Anaesthetic team
- Liaising with clinical staff and wider teams
- Managing Patient pathways
- Call handling
- Helping track our patients through their journey to ensure a great patient experience
Although previous administration experience would be helpful, we are first and foremost looking for individuals with a passion to work in a health care setting and those with a 'can do' attitude. Candidates should possess the following skills; - Communication to support our patients
