Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore HTFT would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role., The main duties of the role include -
- To provide administrative support to clinical serviceswithin the Division and contribute to theplanning and development of the service as a member of the team.
- To support the operational meetings within the Division by collating documents in preparation for meeting, taking the minutes and distributing them in a timely manner.
- To work closely with the Divisions Personal Assistant/Administrative Officer to complete ad hoc duties as they arise.
- Working days will be Monday - Friday.
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our admin team in the Children's & Learning Disability Division. We are looking to recruit a friendly, enthusiastic, motivated person to join our administration team. You will provide administrative support to clinical services within the Division and contribute to the planning and development of the service as a member of the team. This role is varied and you will need to have the ability to work as part of a team and use your initiative in day to day tasks along with having good communication skills to deal with varying enquiries.
