and key opinion leaders to ensure seamless programme delivery.Identify opportunities for organic account growth and contribute to new business activities and agency development initiatives.Coach, mentor and support junior team members, helping to develop capability, confidence and future talent within the agency.Champion collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement while embracing new technologies and AI-enabled ways of working to enhance client delivery.Experience and qualities that make you a strong fitPrevious Senior Account Manager experience, or an experienced Account Manager ready to step up - gained within a healthcare communications, healthcare advertising or medical communications agency.Strong consultancy and client leadership skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and confidently provide strategic counsel.Proven experience managing multiple complex client programmes while balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.Excellent
