Then we'd love you to join us as our Academic Representation Senior Coordinator! You'll be responsible for leading operational delivery of academic representation systems across departments and faculties, creating an empowering and supportive environment to ensure students have an active voice in shaping their academic experiences. In this role you'll coach senior student leaders, manage high impact volunteers, and build collaborative voice mechanisms in partnership with university stakeholders.,

- You'll be able to create and embed inclusive volunteer practices and support systems that empower a diverse range of student leaders to be impactful.
- You'll know how to navigate complex university policies or higher education topics, translating them into practical insights that empower student leaders to lobby for change.
- You'll be skilled in managing operational processes, project timelines, and resources to ensure academic representation systems run effectively.
