Full Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate SENDCo to join our team. As a SENDCo at Wanstead you will be fundamental to the vision, strategy and operations of the school. You will join a team that includes 2 Deputy SENDCos, SEND admin support, HLTAs and TA's. With nearly 4% of pupils with an EHCP and approximately 20% supported at SENK, our SEND team are vital in ensuring the needs of our pupils are met and all the areas of provision are in place and effective, as well as supporting staff with quality first teaching alongside the Quality of Education Team. You will be joining a passionate team of staff and a tight knit and supportive community who work together to achieve the best outcomes for vulnerable young people.
