We are currently recruiting for dedicated and highly organised SENDCos to work across a range of primary, secondary, SEN, and alternative provision schools throughout London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional who is committed to ensuring every child receives the support they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. As a SENDCo, you will play a key leadership role within the school, overseeing SEND provision, supporting staff, working closely with parents and external agencies, and ensuring students with additional needs receive outstanding support. The Role:

• Leading and managing the school's SEND provision
• Identifying students with additional learning needs and implementing effective support strategies
• Writing, reviewing, and managing EHCPs, IEPs, and support plans
• Working closely with teachers, support staff, parents, and external professionals
• Ensuring the school remains compliant with SEND legislation and safeguarding policies
• Supporting staff with strategies for inclusion and intervention
• Monitoring student progress and ensuring positive outcomes for SEND learners
  
  Previous experience working as a SENDCo within a school setting
• National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) desirable (or working towards)
• Strong knowledge of EHCPs, SEND Code of Practice, and safeguarding procedures
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• A proactive and solution-focused approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
