Full Job Description
Strategic leadership and day-to-day management of The Haven, including provision design, routines, staffing and development planning.
- Oversight of EHCPs, including annual reviews, support planning, and ensuring provision matches pupils' needs and outcomes.
- Working closely with visiting professionals and external agencies to coordinate multi-agency support.
- Close collaboration with the mainstream school SENCo to ensure strong inclusion pathways and consistent practice across settings.
- Some teaching within The Haven, modelling high-quality specialist practice and supporting staff development.
