Membury is a small school at the heart of our village community in rural East Devon where we create close, supportive relationships. We know all children and families individually and have high expectations of behaviour and attainment. Our unique setting with one class for all children from Reception to Y6 allows us to tailor the learning to meet the needs of each child. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and highly motivated individual to support a pupil with complex needs. The successful candidate will be required to:
- Establish constructive relationships with the pupil and encourage interaction with others
- To promote inclusion through the development of social skills, language and emotional well-being.
- Liaise with other professionals both within and outside the school
- You will be expected to show a high degree of initiative and be able to react to given situations with integrity and compassion First Federation Trust require all applicants to be eligible to work in the UK with no restrictions, as we are unable to offer sponsorship/work visas.
