Full Job Description

St Charles are looking for an enthusiastic SEND teaching assistant to join our team, working for 16 hours and 15 minutes per week in the mornings. You will be responsible for:

  • Working with teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
  • Promoting pupils' independence, self-esteem and social inclusion
  • Giving support to pupils, individually or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement
