Full Job Description
This position is for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work in our existing dedicated and successful support team. You will work with a named student supporting them with a range of needs. You will:
- Work for 32.5 hours per week during the Term time.
- Work closely with the student building positive working relationships in order to help them, wherever possible, engage fully in school life.
If you are an enthusiastic and supportive Teaching Assistant who is committed to getting the best outcomes for pupils then we want to hear from you., Have experience of working with young people especially in improving behaviour for learning. - Be caring and supportive and have a good understanding of the issues our young people encounter.
- Have excellent communication skills.
