The children at Howes display positive behaviour and they have beautiful manners and an enthusiasm and zest for school life. Being part of a diverse and inclusive school, we are fortunate to have a Hearing Resource Base within school. The children and staff live out the values of the school daily as we prepare our children for their future years as responsible and respectful members of the local and wider community with the ability to overcome challenges that they may face in an ever-changing world., We are looking for an inspirational person who:

• Has excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with people tactfully and confidentially
• Has experience working one-to-one with children with additional needs in schools
• Has energy and enthusiasm to support our children who deserve nothing but the best
• Works well as part of a team but can also use their initiative to work independently and productively
