About the role
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated and enthusiastic 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and inclusive school community, where you'll be valued and encouraged to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with SEND.
We are looking for a candidate who has the ability to motivate and encourage; who is enthusiastic, responsible and enjoys working with children. They should have good inter-personal skills and a desire to support pupils with their learning, promote high standards of behaviour and believe that all children can succeed. Previous experience working with SEND children is desirable but not essential.
The post holder must have English and Maths GCSE grade C or above and an NVQ level 2 qualification for teaching assistants or equivalent.
