Desirable skills & experience

+ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong commitment to supporting children with SEND
+ A creative and adaptable approach to planning engaging, multisensory learning experiences
+ Ability to create a structured, nurturing classroom environment
+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
+ A reflective, resilient approach and a willingness to continuously develop your practice
