Experience of supporting students with a multi-sensory impairment: HI and VI, in an educational establishment would be an advantage for this role., Be dedicated and resilientwhen supporting children who experience significant barriers to learning.
Havethe ability tosupport studentseitherina classroom environment, 1:1 or in small groups.
Be able to draw on available resourcesto adapt and develop strategiesto supportstudentslearningacross different ages.
Haveexperience of working with children with a range of SEND.
Be an active member of theSENDteam, putting students' academic success and personal development at the forefront.
Have excellent communication skills and a professional friendly manner.
Be organised and efficient and able to prioritise workload.
Have excellent IT skills andthe ability tolearn new systems quickly.
