Full Job Description
We have an exciting vacancy for an enthusiastic and well organised SEND specific administrative assistant to join The Harbour School Your work will include reception duties, greeting visitors, answering emails and telephone calls, inputting attendance and school lunch orders, managing pupil records including admissions data, overseeing arrangements for school trips and after school clubs plus general office duties. To support by collating, monitoring and providing any statistical data required. To provide expert support in terms of the development of ICT administrative and data systems across the SENDV team To provide an efficient and effective general administrative service for the school. A good educational background - GCSE qualifications or above. - Experience of working in a school or office environment.
- Experience in working in an administrative environment.
- Possess outstanding communication skills and can work well in a team.
- An understanding of child protection and safeguarding issues.
