Full Job Description
- Lead and manage SEND provision across the school as SENCO
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons for pupils with additional needs
- Oversee EHCPs, interventions, and progress reviews
- Work closely with teaching staff, support staff, and external agencies
- Support inclusive teaching strategies across the school
- Build strong relationships with families and carers to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs while leading and developing SEND provision across the school., Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - SENCO qualification (or working towards it)
- Experience supporting children with a range of SEN needs
- Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice
- Confident in writing and managing EHCPs
- Passionate about inclusion and making a positive impact
Full-time role starting in September - Supportive leadership and collaborative staff team
