Sir Robert Pattinson Academy is an 11 - 18 comprehensive school where students are valued, happy, challenged and strive to achieve their best. The Academy provides rich learning experiences both in and outside of the classroom resulting in a great education.

What we need

We are seeking to recruit an exceptional SENCo/Head of Learning Support to lead on the operations of the Specialised Learning Centre and to support the Senior Leadership Team in the implementation of the Academy's inclusion strategy. The successful candidate will lead the running of the Department, to ensure that successful teaching & learning and development of the Department take place. The SENCo/Head of Learning Support will be expected to take an active interest in the wider aspects of leadership and Inclusion within the Academy, helping to remove barriers to learning where they exist.
