Full Job Description
- Lead and manage the provision for pupils with SEND across the school
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and external agencies to ensure pupils receive the support they need
- Oversee EHCPs, interventions, and progress tracking
- Support staff with strategies and inclusive teaching approaches
- Build strong relationships with families to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
A welcoming and supportive school in Ascot is seeking an experienced and passionate SENCO to join their team on a full-time basis from September., Holds the National Award for SEN Coordination (or working towards it) - Has strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice
