Full Job Description
Reporting to the Head of School you will support the strategic development and take an operational lead on SEND across the school. You will ensure the effective implementation of the School's SEN policy, coordinate provision for students with additional needs, and provide expert guidance to staff, parents/carers and external agencies. This role is ideal for a qualified teacher with strong experience in SEND and a commitment to inclusive education.
We are looking for someone who holds QTS and preferably the National Award for SEN Co-ordination, has experience working at whole-school level and leading SEND provision. You need to be committed to inclusion, safeguarding and achieving the best outcomes for every student.
Salary: MPS/UPS plus SEN Allowance.
