Are you a dedicated, caring educator who thrives on seeing learners progress?,

  • Deliver tailored tuition: provide structured, engaging teaching that is adapted to learners' educational, social and emotional needs.
  • Plan and prepare personalised sessions: create learning activities based on EHCP outcomes and individual targets, while keeping the content accessible and motivating.
  • Support communication and learning: use a range of teaching approaches to help learners make progress with literacy, numeracy, life skills and/or key subject areas.
  • Track progress and celebrate achievement: monitor learners' development, review goals regularly, and record progress in a clear and helpful way.
  • Work alongside a wider team: collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent support, shared strategies and a joined-up approach.
  • Promote wellbeing and safety: maintain a calm, respectful approach, ensuring learners feel supported, secure and valued.

    Experience supporting SEN needs, such as autism, SEMH, learning difficulties or communication needs.
  • Patient and positive approach, recognising that every learner progresses differently.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and work well with colleagues.
  • Confident with planning and adapting learning to keep learners engaged.
  • Strong commitment to safeguarding and following policies and procedures.
  • Full UK driving licence is required.
