SEN Tribunal & Mediation Officer A local authority in East London is seeking an experienced SEN Tribunal & Mediation Officer to join their team on an interim basis. Location: East London Duration: 3 months (initial) Hours: 35 per week Rate: £41.10 per hour (Umbrella) £29.79 PAYE (exclusive) The Role: You will support the SEN tribunal and mediation service, managing casework from preparation through to hearing stage. This includes liaising with families, schools, legal representatives, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, fair, and compliant resolution of disputes. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage SEN tribunal cases Support mediation processes and pre-hearing coordination Maintain accurate case records and documentation Work closely with education and legal teams Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines and procedures About You: Proven experience in SEN tribunal casework or tribunal support Strong understanding of mediation and dispute resolution Excellent case, The CDIO plays a pivotal role in the Trust's leadership team providing vision, professional leadership and strategic direction in the delivery of the Trust's aims and improvements …
