Full Job Description
- Follow individual EHCP outcomes, support plans, healthcare plans and risk assessments.
- Provide personal care, physical or medical support where required and appropriately trained.
- Use a calm, consistent approach to support children who may become anxious, distressed or dysregulated.
- Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, families and other professionals.
- Most importantly, help every child to feel safe, included and successful at school. Could you be the person who helps a child find their voice, build their confidence and achieve something they couldn't do yesterday? We're looking for a caring, resilient and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join Hollyfast. You'll work closely with children with a range of additional and complex needs - supporting their learning, communication, regulation, independence and wellbeing.
