We are now recruiting SEND and Behaviour Support staff to work across a range of day-to-day, short-term, and long-term assignments.These roles are ideal for individuals with experience supporting pupils with SEND needs, behavioural challenges, or additional learning requirements, and who are confident working in a specialist setting.About the Role You will support pupils with a variety of needs, including: Social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) Autism (ASC) Behavioural needs Communication and interaction difficulties Learning difficulties Roles may include: 1:1 SEND support Behaviour mentoring Classroom-based support Small-group intervention work De-escalation and pastoral support Assignments are offered on a supply basis through The Supply Register.Key
