SEN Teaching Assistant

+ Support pupils with a range of SEN, including Autism, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs.
+ Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
+ Assist in implementing individual learning programmes, behaviour support plans, and personal care routines.
+ Foster independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing in all learners.
