Looking for a role where you can have a positive impact on young people's lives every day?
Do you enjoy supporting others, building relationships, and helping people achieve their potential?
We're working with a number of specialist schools across Fleet that are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams on both flexible and long-term placements.
These roles offer the opportunity to support children and young people with additional needs while gaining valuable experience in a rewarding and growing sector.
Many of the best SEN Teaching Assistants haven't come from education backgrounds.
What schools are really looking for are people who are patient, understanding, reliable, and able to connect with young people from a variety of backgrounds.
Whether you've worked in care, coaching, customer service, youth work, support work, or you're a recent graduate, your skills could be highly transferable.
We'll provide the training, support, and guidance you need to feel confident in the role.
- Supporting students with additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
- Helping pupils access learning both inside and outside the classroom
- Providing one-to-one and small group support
- Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Building strong relationships with students to support their progress
- Working closely with teachers and SEN teams to provide consistent support
