SEN Teaching Assistant

Specialist Schools across Surbiton and Kingston Upon Thames Are you ready to take the next step in your education career? We are partnering with several welcoming and well-resourced specialist schools in Surbiton and Kingston Upon Thames who are expanding their support teams. These are full-time positions (Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30) and offer an excellent opportunity to transition from mainstream primary into a specialist SEN environment. Whether you are:

• An experienced Teaching Assistant in a mainstream setting
• A graduate in Psychology looking to gain hands-on SEN experience
• Someone considering a long-term career in education, therapy or child development
This could be the perfect move for you! We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience with:
• 1:1 pupil support in primary schools
• Supporting children with EHCPs
• Working alongside SENCOs and external therapists
• Delivering targeted interventions
• Behaviour management and positive reinforcement strategies
