This role is ideal for a SEN Teaching Assistant in Watford who is calm, proactive, and committed to making a genuine difference in the lives of young people. You will work closely with pupils in complex needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, supporting both their academic progress and emotional wellbeing.,
- Provide both in-class and 1:1 support for pupils with ASD and additional needs
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
- Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
