SEN Teacher

• Deliver engaging, personalised lessons that inspire and motivate students.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet a range of SEN needs, including Autism and complex learning needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment where students can thrive.
• Monitor progress, celebrate achievements and support each student to reach their potential.
• Develop and review individual learning plans and support strategies.
• Collaborate with families, colleagues and external professionals to deliver outstanding outcomes.

• GCSE English and Maths or equivalent required
• QTS or equivalent desired
• Has experience supporting students with SEND, including Autism.
• Is passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning.
• Builds positive, trusting relationships and brings patience, resilience and empathy.
• Can adapt learning creatively to meet individual needs.
• Works collaboratively and communicates effectively with others.
