Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher? We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a highly respected specialist setting in Radlett, supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)., Working as an SEND Teacher, you will be part of a specialist provision aligned with best practices in autism education. The school follows a structured, evidence-based approach tailored specifically for students with ASD, ensuring consistency, routine, and high levels of support.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential - Proven experience as an SEN Teacher, particularly with ASD
- Experience in a secondary setting preferred, but strong primary experience will also be considered
- A deep understanding of autism-specific teaching strategies (e.g. TEACCH, structured learning approaches)
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- A patient, resilient, and compassionate approach
