Teaching Personnel is recruiting dedicated, compassionate SEN Support Staff to work in schools across Horsham for the new academic year starting September 2026. This is a genuinely rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and a range of additional learning needs. If you believe every young person can thrive with the right support, this role was made for you. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN
  • Supporting academic learning and emotional development
  • Working collaboratively with teaching staff and SENCOs
  • Helping to foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
  • Delivering tailored interventions to promote confidence and independence

    Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school, care, or voluntary settings all welcomed)
  • A patient, resilient, and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant qualifications an advantage, but transferable experience warmly considered

    Competitive weekly pay via PAYE
