SEN Learning Support Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning Support Assistant to join Bradgate Education Partnership working at Seagrave Village Primary School. Our small but mighty school is dedicated to achieving excellence for every pupil, and our highly motivated Learning Support Assistants are central to this mission. Our friendly KS1 team are looking for someone to play a vital role in supporting our children's learning, both in groups and with a particular focus one-to-one, helping to create an inclusive environment where every child can thrive. You'll work closely with teachers and colleagues and support pupils with diverse educational needs. Candidates currently working in nursery roles are welcome to apply. • Have good knowledge of the EYFS
• Have a minimum of 3 GCSEs at C grade or above, including English and Maths
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, initiative, flexibility, and a proactive approach
• Be flexible, calm, patient and confident with children from a wide range of backgrounds with a wide range of needs
• Experience of working with pupils with SEND
