Full Job Description
The role is ideal for someone who is committed to inclusive practice and passionate about supporting young children to communicate, participate and thrive within a supportive early years environment. We would provide you with the professional training and support to thrive in our school.
Our vision and values of 'Kindness, Enjoyment & Achievement', are embedded in all we do. It is important that you share this vision and subscribe to the Juniper Way. You will be an LSA who puts relationships at the heart of their interactions, someone who is keen to learn and willing to adapt their support and practices as their own knowledge deepens. You will ideally have a very good understanding of SEND. We have also opened an additional SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) Unit - The Nest. The SEMH unit supports children who have experienced Developmental Trauma.
Juniper Hill is a happy, thriving, 2 form entry Primary School set in the village of Flackwell Heath, Buckinghamshire. Juniper Hill is a great place to work and the staff are kind, caring and supportive of one another. The children are delightful, they work hard and enjoy coming to school. We are also proud of our active Governing Body, our SEMH unit and interested, supportive families.
