Semi static BMS engineer

Semi-Static BMS Service Engineer - Central London An established and growing Building Management Systems specialist is seeking an experienced Semi-Static BMS Service Engineer to join its London service team. The Role This is a varied position combining the stability of a resident site with the diversity of mobile service work.

• 3-4 days per week based at a prestigious Central London site. 1-2 days per week carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across London. Service, maintenance and fault finding on Trend BMS systems. Diagnose and resolve control system faults efficiently. Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive call-outs. Produce clear service reports and communicate
  
  effectively with clients. Participate in a 1 in 6 out-of-hours call-out rota. Requirements Proven experience servicing and maintaining Trend BMS systems. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Good understanding of HVAC plant and controls. Excellent customer-facing and communication skills. Full UK driving licence. Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
