Semi-Skilled Operatives - Aerospace (Rib Cell Area) Contract Opportunity

Our client, a well-established organisation within the aerospace sector, is looking for a semi-skilled assembler for their rib cell area. The role will work the early shift.

Pay Rates

• PAYE Earlies: £15.38 per hour


• Overtime (over 37 hrs & Saturdays): £23.07 per hour


• Sundays & Bank Holidays: £30.76 per hour


• Umbrella Earlies: £21.14 per hour


• Overtime (over 37 hrs & Saturdays): £31.70 per hour


• Sundays & Bank Holidays: £42.27 per hour

Shift Times

• Earlies: Mon-Thu: 06:00-14:15


• Fri: 06:00-12:00

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out fitting tasks within the Rib Cell Area to a high standard


• Assist with assembly and installation of ribs in aerospace structures


• Use tools and equipment safely and effectively


• Follow technical drawings and detailed instructions


• Perform inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance


• Work collaboratively to achieve production targets


• Maintain a tidy and organised work area

Requirements

• Previous fitting experience or similar hands-on background within aerospace


• Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings


• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity


• Ability to follow set processes and complete precise work


• Commitment to safety and quality


• Flexibility to work across required shifts
