Semi-Skilled Assembler

You will have a buddy assigned to you and work closely with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience within a friendly and supportive team to be trained to achieve the following:

• Assemble, test and inspect components and products in accordance to drawings or other specification requirements
• Many components are small, so you'll be utilising your manual dexterity, and even working with microscopes in some cases
• Accurately complete all relevant documentation
• Perform all tasks in accordance with safe methods of work and complying with all appropriate health & safety guidelines and legislation
• To work effectively as an individual or as a team
• To proactively participate in continuous Improvement

  As a trainee Semi-Skilled Assembler at Honeywell, in Redditch, you will learn to work in a clean, air-conditioned environment manufacturing low volume miniature cooling devices.
