About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you ll play a key part in helping students thrive both academically and personally. Working alongside teachers and therapists, you ll provide personalised, hands-on support in both the classroom and 1:1 settings to help build confidence, independence, and positive routines., +
Support students across a variety of subjects and activities

Provide focused 1:1 and small group support to meet individual learning needs
+
Build positive, trusting relationships to encourage student engagement
+
Promote consistent, supportive behaviour management
+
Assist with classroom planning, preparation, and organisation

Experience working with young people with SEMH or additional needs (school, youth work, or care settings)

Calm, patient, and resilient mindset
+
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
