SEMH Teaching Assistant Level 3

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and skilled Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our Inclusion Team from August 2026 for one year in the first instance.

The successful applicant will be working in our TLC (Total Learning Centre) which is an alternative provision designed to meet the needs of our most vulnerable and complex students. The post will involve delivering interventions and academic lessons to small groups and 1:1.

Applications are welcomed from candidates with experience of working with students with SEMH needs.

Hours of work: 26 hours and 40 minutes per week plus one hour per month for training, working 39 weeks per year. These hours will include a daily lunch duty.

Salary: T.A. Level 3, Grade 5, point 11-14, £28,598-£31,022 (pro rata to £17,790-£19,298 for hours worked)
