SEMH Teacher

About the School The school is part of The Willows School Academy Trust, a specialist provision for primary-aged pupils with EHCPs. It supports children from across London and neighbouring counties, working closely with multiple local authorities, with many pupils coming from the London Borough of Hillingdon. The school promotes a positive and inclusive culture where pupils are encouraged to develop academically, socially, and emotionally through a personalised approach to education.

To be considered, you should have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
• Experience working with pupils with SEMH, SEND, or challenging behaviour.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• A passion for supporting children with additional needs and helping them reach their potential.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
