Are you a passionate SEMH Teacher, Primary Teacher, or SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity in Hillingdon? We are recruiting for an experienced and committed Qualified Teacher (QTS) to join a highly regarded specialist primary school supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Based between Southall and Northolt, this well-resourced school offers excellent transport links, outstanding facilities, and a supportive leadership team dedicated to helping both pupils and staff succeed. This is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of children with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), delivering tailored learning in a nurturing and structured environment. About the School The school is part of The Willows School Academy Trust, a specialist provision for primary-aged pupils with EHCPs. It supports children from across London and neighbouring counties, working closely with multiple local authorities, with many pupils coming from the London Borough of Hillingdon. The school promotes a positive and inclusive culture where pupils are encouraged to develop academically, socially, and emotionally through a personalised approach to education.
To be considered, you should have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
- Experience working with pupils with SEMH, SEND, or challenging behaviour.
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A passion for supporting children with additional needs and helping them reach their potential.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
- The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
