- To support and assist a disabled woman in her 30's who is affected by multiple chronic illnesses. Main Duties:
- Household tasks
- Meal prep
- Assistance with Admin
- Transport to appointments
- Occasional support with dressing
- Occasional help with self-care
- Support to access the community
